  • I have yet to read a statement here from somebody that understands trademarks. In this case, they're trying to trademark "Face" for what they do - ecrap. Someone else that sells cake, for instance, can trademark "Face" if what they're doing is selling cake; like FaceCake would be totally acceptable.
